Strengthen your EziStep stairs with our sturdy Centre Brace designed to support 5 treads. This essential safety component prevents bowing, especially for wider treads. 

Carefully constructed for added stability and simple installation, our Centre Brace attaches securely to our pre-measured Stringer Kits and grooved anti-slip Treads. 

NOTE: A Centre Brace is recommended for tread widths over 1200mm.

Product Information

  • Made in Australia from ethically sourced timber.
  • Quick and easy to assemble with our pre-cut Stringer Kits and Treads. 
  • All you need is a power drill and stainless steel screws (not included).
  • Constructed from H3 LOSP Treated Pine for outdoor domestic use.
  • Treads are grooved to comply with Australian Building Code 3.9.1.4 for slip resistance.
  • Australian Standards recommend that any tread width over 1200mm be fitted with a Centre Brace for extra support.
