This handy stringer set comes with two Treated Pine stringers, each with pre-routed slots to support one tread. Perfect for adding a single step to your porch or deck, our pre-cut stringers are designed to make backyard DIYs simple and hassle-free.

  • Deck to ground: 320mm
  • Distance out from deck: 325mm
  • Tread requirements: 240mm depth x 45mm thickness
  • Tread widths available: 900mm, 1200mm, 1500mm, and 1800mm

Product Information

  • Made in Australia from ethically sourced timber.
  • Includes two stringers (left and right) and 6 stainless steel decking screws (Treads are sold separately).
  • Quick and easy to assemble using our detailed instructions.
  • All you need is a power drill and a #10 (No.2) square attachment.
  • Constructed from H3 LOSP Treated Pine for outdoor use.
  • Customise using an oil-based paint with primer.
  • Treads are grooved to comply with Australian Building Code 3.9.1.4 for slip resistance.
  • Australian Standards recommend that any tread width over 1200mm be fitted with a Centre Brace for extra support.
